Marc Eid, MD, MSc
Dr. Eid is a postdoctoral research fellow in Medical Oncology at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, USA. He holds a medical doctor degree from the Faculty of Medicine, Saint Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon. He also holds an MSc in cancer biology for his work on resistance mechanism to bevacizumab in ovarian cancer from the same university. After graduating from medical school, he joined the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute as a research fellow, where he focuses on cancer epigenomics. Marc participated in the Reviewer Trainee Mentoring Program for the Journal of Clinical Oncology Global Oncology (JCO GO) in the class of 2022-2023.
Dr. Eid joined GLOW with the aim of working with like-minded professionals towards more equitable cancer care worldwide.
